Back
in grade school I remember my old man coming home
from an afternoon at a local chili place with his
friends. Those memories of good chili are burned in
my brain.
As
I grew older, my buddies and I would frequent local
chili establishments at college. Many nights after
the bars were closed would end up with cracker fights
at our favorite chili places.
After
many hours, days, weeks, and months have past, so
have many fine-tuned adjustments to the Crazy Chili
recipe, and now our dream is a reality.
We
make our chili with more than ingredients bought at
the local grocery store, we make it with heart.
