Sausage Cheese Bake

(Nice brunch dish)

9 eggs
3 cups milk
6 slices white bread – cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. pork sausage
1&1/2 cups shredded cheddar

Beat the eggs and add milk & beat. Add the cubed bread and the cheese.

Cook and drain the sausage. Put sausage on bottom or 9x13 ungreased pan. Pour egg & cheese mixture over sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
