sliced cauliflower and soaked in oil and  salt and sugar water and grilled and then put in pan and covered on grill with oregano and basil but next time a little pepper and try one of these --> 1 teaspoon dried curry powder or ground cardamom or dried thyme or dried rosemary or dried cilantro
(and i think a little lawyrs season salt also)
