My Momma's Chicken Marinade

My Momma's Chicken Marinade

Here it is: (It is a wonderful marinade recipe—good with chicken or beef)

½ cup salad oil (olive oil good)
Few shakes of soy sauce
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 TBLS. Wine vinegar
2 TBLS. Dry mustard
1 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. dried parsley flakes
Sprinkle of garlic powder (or you can crush some garlic cloves if you have them)
2 TBL. Lemon juice.

Combine all and mix well. Pour in plastic bag with meat and put in refrigerator to marinate.

Note: Sometimes I omit certain items if I don’t have them—like the dry mustard or the parsley flakes—it doesn’t make a big difference if you don’t have those)
