take a couple of pork chops and marinade them for couple hours in

sesame oil
lots of worstershire
a little oyster sauce?
sesame seeds
lawry's seasoning salt
horseradish sauce
some balsamic vinegar?
dijon mustard
a little hot sauce

cook all this stuff for 30 minutes in coverered frying pan
