Wok Chicken

(for 2 people)

2 boneless chicken breasts - cubed
Marinate for at least an hour in half cup oil
4 tablespoons soya sauce
1 small bunch of brocoli
1 green pepper
1-2 teaspoons ginger
salt
pepper

Cook chicken in Wok and set aside.

Cook 2 cups of rice in rice cooker

Put a little oil in wok and cook fast with
2 beaten eggs
2 tablespoons minced onion.
Add rice and pour soya sauce all over the rice and stir with 2 wooden spoons
cook long enough to make it look like fried rice

Serve chicken and rice together or separately.
