Slow-Cooker Cheesy Chicken
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper (optional)
Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Mix the undiluted soups together with the garlic powder and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours , until chicken is tender.
Serve with the delicious sauce over rice or noodles.
Directions. Remove giblets, raise with cold water and pat the chicken dry . Rub chickenwith Italian Dressing mix. Chop onions and carrots, place on the bottom of crockpot with no liquid. Place chicken in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours. If you don't have a crockpot.
Directions. Take 4-5 frozen, yes, frozen, boneless chicken breasts put into crock pot. Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of corn drained. Crock Pot Chicken
2 (1 ounce) envelopes dry ranch dressing mix
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 ounces thinly sliced mushrooms (more if you want)
2 tablespoons butter
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
Mix together dressing mix, chicken, mushrooms, butter, and chicken broth in crock pot.
Cook on high 5-6 hours.
About 1 hour prior to serving, mix mushroom soup, cream cheese, and garlic; add to crock pot.
Cook on high for 1 more hour.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve over rice or noodles.
Crock Pot Chicken Vindaloo
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger
3/4 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground hot pepper
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cinnamon stick
1 small onion, chopped
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, quartered
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Puree first 10 ingredients in a blender.
Pour into the crock pot, add tomato sauce, cinnamon stick and onion and mix well.
Add chicken and turn to cover.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Serve with rice or rolls
