Kung Pao Chicken

for 1/2 hour marinade:

• 2 chicken breast - cut into chunks
• 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons white wine
• 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil, divided
• 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

drain it, add more oil and wine, soy and cook for 20 minute with all this stuff:

•1/2 cup water
• 1/2 ounce hot chile paste
• 3/4 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1 1/2 T. hoisin sauce
• 1.5 teasoiin cilantro
• little less than 1 teapspoon coriander
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 2-1/4 teaspoons chopped garlic
• 3 ounces chopped peanuts
