Filling out forms for doctors and insurance and stuff like that is confusing and never seems to work right. I hate this. And if there is a mistake and you need to update a form don't think about making 1 call or sending 1 email. Get ready to call about 3 different departments at 3 different companies and getting put on hold. And they tell you everything is fine and then nothing happens so you have to call back and do all this again. This is so painful and frustrating to me. The phone and being on hold and pressing 0 to speak to someone blows.

A bar owner locked up his place at 2 AM and went home to sleep. He had been in bed only a few minutes when the phone rang. “What time do you open up in the morning?” he heard an obviously inebriated man inquire.
