5 or 6 roundish sweet potatoes or yams. (They fit in the pot better.)
Cook them up in boiling water til soft when you put a fork in it.
When cooled you can peel them and slice them into a casserole dish.
I layer them with brown sugar, margarine and mini-marshmallows.
Top with lots of mini-marshmallow and cover the dish.
Bake at 350 degree for about one-half hour.
