Who would you like to pattern yourself after?

Wow – loaded questions. I’d have to say a combination of people including my dad (for his wisdom, compassion and selflessness), Theodore Roosevelt (for his ambition and self reliance), and...how about Bobby Dernier ( fast CF, goal was to get on, good glove... - oh in my day – skills are dropping off now...)

What is your favorite vacation spot?

Rome and Positano, Italy. Only been there once, but hope to go again soon.

If you could get paid the same amount of $ at your current job and do anything, what would it be?

Owner of a minor league baseball team.

If you found $200 in the trash and you had to spend it that day, what would you do with it?

Donate it.

What kind of music you like the most and why?

I like a wide range of music (Rock, Jazz, Classical, Hiip Hop, etc...) - love having my iPod on shuffle. Been on a huge Foo Fighters and Weezer kick lately...I have a fun version of Jay-Zeezer combining “Threat” and the “Sweater Song”.

Who have you been most influence by and why?

My parents. Pretty much most of my values, work ethic and make up come from them. Hope to “get it right”, like they did.

What makes you cry?

I’m really not someone who cries. But I do get a bit nostalgic.

What is your favorite town or state in the United States?

My kind of town – Chicago. If I had to live somewhere else...probably North Carolina.

What do you usually eat for dinner?

Whatever is on the menu. Actually we love a variety of things at home but some dining-out favorites include sushi at Rise, Italian at Rose Angelis, samosas at Viceroy of India (on Devon) and Middle Eastern food at Pita Inn (in Skokie).

Chicagotribune.com – first thing in the morning.

Probably “Duke” (1980) or “Abacab” (1981) by Genesis

Pretty much everything.

The Cubs...err the first place White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field!

No hair to style – no need for product.

In my bachelor days – McDonald’s double quarter pounder with cheese for lunch at least 3 days a week. Don’t do McDonald’s much any more – and ok with it.

Belvedere vodka

People who really know me say – he’s just a kid.

Dedicated, hard working, caring and loyal.
