Seafood Rub
1 1/2 teaspoons ground bay leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Rub on seafood or
chicken before grilling.
