O'Brien Potatoes
 
1 bag frozen O'Brien potatoes (little chunks)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
1/2 stick melted margarine
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
plain bread crumbs for top
 
let potatoes defrost on counter in bag - 1 hour
mix everything together and put in 9 x 13 casserole or glass dish
sprinkle bread crumbs on top
cook uncovered 350 degrees 1 - 1 1/2 hours
