Chicago Pizza Oven and Grinder Co.
I have extreme dislike for this restaurant. I know, I know, it was
featured on some Rachel Ray show and all that, but after going there, I
realize she doesn't endorse those places because they are good, but
because she gets paid. If you go to this place, go 2 hours before you
are going to be hungry, because the wait stinks. On the day I moved
in, the manager was a complete jerk and wouldn't let me get take-out
pizzas for my movers. Then, I realized they don't even have regular
pizza and you can't pick the ingredients. Let me sum it up this way:
It's sausage and mushroom with meat or tomato sauce - THAT'S IT! Sure,
it served in some cute little bowl or whatever, but how about a little
variety people? And, the sandwiches are so big, they could feed a
family of 6 if you even like how they make 'em. The worst of it, you
ask? NO free refills. Get ready to pay $1.75 for a shot glass of diet
coke, over and over and over again.
