Bucktown

Yummy Italian food - this is the place to be. It's a little hidden in the residential area just north of North Avenue - cute interior and nice tables outside. They have a fantastic antipasta platter that is fun to share - marinated olives, artichokes, beet salad, green beans, etc....The eggplant parmesan is always a hit, as is any of the fish dishes. I'm not a big pasta person (unless mom makes it), but I hear the ravioli here is really good. Be sure to have a glass of chianti with your meal, and finish off the decadent profiterole dessert!

Cost: Moderate, unless you go crazy with the wine

Clientele: Bucktowners
